The Story

Peace had led growth teams across high-growth startups. She had systems, discipline, and control over her calendar; yet every day still felt like a battle against scattered inputs, mental fatigue, and the pressure to deliver.
Chris left Amazon after realising that even when every metric was met, the cost was exhaustion. Success by the numbers still meant running on empty.
John brought a neurodivergent perspective. For him, the challenge wasn’t burnout but the fact that the very tools meant to organise work often made it harder. His experience made one thing clear: the system was not built for different minds.
Our Solution
Not a new to-do list; not another tracker
Better work begins with better systems; and systems must begin with how your mind works, not just how your calendar looks.
The Big Bet
"As Artificial Intelligence increasingly handles execution, what differentiates high-performing knowledge workers is how they think, make decisions and utilise their cognitive capacity to direct AI agents, spot errors, formulate prompts and lead strategically. Rivva exists to enhance that capacity.
Our goal is to reduce overload and highlight the moments when your brain is at its peak so that you can perform 20% better on your tasks and deliver results that benefit the company's bottom line."
Peace I.
Cofounder/CEO Rivva
We're a small team of designers, engineers, and productivity nerds from across the globe, building tools we wish we had ourselves.
Radical Transparency
We tell the truth. No politics, no sugarcoating. Clarity, integrity, and fairness in how we operate and communicate.
We Build for Users, Not Ourselves
We talk to people. We test and iterate. We don't chase ideas for their own sake — only what works for our users matters.
Kindness is a Requirement
No ego, no toxicity. We challenge ideas, not people. We treat everyone with respect.
Peak Performance and Well-Being Are Inseparable
We don't trade one for the other. We don't glorify exhaustion; we also don't let "self-care" become an excuse for mediocrity. We rest so we can perform.
Everyone is an Owner
No passengers. Everyone takes full responsibility for their work and for moving Rivva forward.
